With its 350 m² of industrial loft style space, La Fabbrica offers various interlinking open-plan areas including an indoor terrace under the glass roof of the Royal Warehouse and a large outdoor terrace. In a welcoming setting, our Chef offers authentic Italian cuisine on all weekday lunchtimes. The menu, which changes each season, is complemented every week by a new creative and original specials board.
Sunday Brunch
Every Sunday, our Chef prepares a succulent Italian buffet.
Our Home Made dishes delight grown-ups and children alike, and entertainment is provided for the kids. Just next door, L’Annexe serves its Adults Only brunch, from age 16.

Royal Warehouse at Tour & Taxis, Avenue du Port 86C, 1000 Brussels. Italian cooking made on site, fresh pasta and pizza.
Italian lunch, Monday to Friday
Served from 12.00 to 15.00, Monday to Friday. Main dishes run from 17.50 € to 35 € and desserts from 11 € to 12 € ; expect 25 to 30 € for a lunch with a drink. Fresh pasta, pizza and seasonal specials, all made on site.
Sunday brunch, two sittings
At La Fabbrica the Kids Friendly brunch is served in two sittings, with arrivals at 10.30 or 11.00, then 13.00 or 13.30 depending on the area : 45 € per adult from 13 years old, 49 € with prosecco, 22 € from 3 to 12 years old, free up to 2 years old. At L'Annexe the Adults Only brunch is 53 €, from 16 years old, at 11.00 and 13.30.
Private evenings, 30 to 450 guests
In the evening the room is available for private hire only : 160 guests seated (210 from 15 May to 15 September with the terrace), 350 for a walking dinner, 450 for a standing reception under the glass roof. The minimum is 50 people at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe. On Saturdays, private hire on quotation only.

Yes. La Fabbrica is the restaurant, open to all for weekday lunch and the Sunday family brunch; L'Annexe hosts the Adult Only brunch and private events. They are two distinct spaces, each with its own entrance and able to operate independently. Soundproofed doors also allow the venues to be connected for larger events.
