From 30 to 570 colleagues, in a private venue
La Fabbrica covers 350 m² under the glass roof of the Entrepôt Royal: 160 guests at table — 210 from 15 May to 15 September, when the terrace opens —, 350 for a walking dinner and up to 450 for a standing reception. L'Annexe, more intimate, covers 125 m² over two levels and hosts 30 to 120 guests: 80 at table, 40 in meeting layout.
End-of-year dinner, staff party, team meal
We host end-of-year dinners, staff parties, team meals after a meeting, company drinks, product launches, general assemblies and team-building days. The minimum is 50 guests at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe.
The Italian cooking is prepared on site by our chef: there is no outside caterer to bring in. The one exception is L'Annexe, where, depending on the project, you may bring in an outside caterer or your own preparations. Professional invoicing is available, screen, projector and sound system are on site, and the rental includes seven hours, until 4 a.m. at the latest.

The space is adaptable and spread over 3 distinct levels (first floor, podium, and mezzanine). The hall is equipped with professional sound and lighting equipment. A modular hall with a large capacity

You'll need a large, convivial space with plenty of places to party. La Fabbrica has a main room, a podium, a mezzanine and an indoor terrace. This means we can accommodate up to 450 people and be creative with table arrangements and decoration, as well as offering places to dance and party.
Equipment designed for professionals
If your professional event calls for musical entertainment or images, we have a sound system at your disposal. Our technical equipment also includes a lighting system and projectors for sharing videos and presentations. You'll have everything you need to present your products, services or annual objectives at La Fabbrica.

Together, the two rooms take the capacity to 570 people for a standing reception, 450 for a walking dinner and 240 guests at the table — 290 from 15 May to 15 September. A corporate event for 200 people therefore fits seated all year round across both spaces together, and as a walking dinner or standing reception at La Fabbrica alone.
Professional invoicing is available. La Fabbrica has a screen, a projector, microphones and a sound system; L'Annexe has two screens, two projectors, a wireless microphone, a lectern and Wi-Fi. The rental includes seven hours, until 4 a.m. at the latest. The minimum is 50 guests at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe, and a single unbroken table seats a maximum of 45.
Room hire is 660 € excl. VAT at L'Annexe above 45 participants and 1,100 € excl. VAT at La Fabbrica; from 300 participants and with catering, both spaces together stay at 1,100 €, as L'Annexe is then free of charge. Added to this are the compulsory cleaning, the menu and the drinks: the open bar is charged per person per hour, from 5.50 € to 12 € excl. VAT, minimum three hours. See the full rental rates.

During the festive season, the spaces are beautifully decorated for Christmas. The large Christmas tree in the centre of the historic Royal Depot stands at the foot of our indoor terrace beneath the monumental glass roof, creating a warm and magical setting. La Fabbrica can host group lunches with different food and drinks packages and service adapted to the group's schedule.
