La Fabbrica, the main hall: 350 m², 160 guests at table
The main hall spreads over 350 m² under the glass roof of the Entrepôt Royal. It seats 160 guests at table, and up to 210 from 15 May to 15 September, when the terrace opens. For a walking dinner it takes 350 guests; for a standing reception, 450.
L'Annexe, for a more intimate wedding: 125 m², 80 guests at table
L'Annexe covers 125 m² on two levels and has its own separate entrance. It seats 80 guests at table, 60 once you add a dance floor, and holds 120 for a cocktail.
Count on 50 guests at the very least and 450 at most: that is the range of a wedding at La Fabbrica. In the main hall 160 guests sit down at table, 210 in summer with the terrace, and 450 guests fit in for a standing reception. The ceremony, the drinks reception, the meal and the dancing all follow one another under the same roof, without moving anyone.
The Italian cooking is prepared on site, in our own kitchen, by our chef: there is no outside caterer to bring in. The one exception is L'Annexe, where, depending on the project, you may bring in an outside caterer or your own preparations.

La Fabbrica can accommodate up to 450 people.
For the catering service, we have 160 to 210 seats depending on the season (210 from 15 May to 15 September, terraces included), spread over 3 levels:
- Ground floor: dance floor;
- The podium;
- The mezzanine;
- Indoor terrace.
A reception area equipped and decorated with care
The rental of the wedding hall naturally includes all the equipment necessary for the smooth running of the event: tables, chairs, crockery, glasses…
In addition to the hall, we also provide the following services for your wedding:

A single continuous table seats up to 45 guests; beyond that, the room is laid out with several tables.
Evening hire covers 7 hours and the party may run until 4 a.m. at the latest; each hour beyond the 7 included is charged as an extra. Ceremony, drinks reception, seated dinner and dancing therefore all fit into the same evening, in the same place.
On budget, room hire is 798.60 € including VAT at L'Annexe above 45 guests and 1,331 € at La Fabbrica; from 300 guests and with catering, both rooms together stay at 1,331 €, as L'Annexe is then free of charge. From 30 to 45 guests, room hire at L'Annexe is 1,131.35 € including VAT. Menu and drinks are added, and the Unisono + Sabam fee does not apply to a wedding. See the full rental rates.

How much does it cost to hire a wedding venue for 100 people?
For a wedding of 100 guests, hire of the room is 660 € excluding VAT, or 798.60 € including VAT, at L'Annexe — 80 guests seated, 100 for a walking dinner — and 1 100 € excluding VAT, or 1,331 €, at La Fabbrica, which seats up to 160 guests under the glass roof. Compulsory cleaning adds 165 € or 275 € excluding VAT. The Unisono and Sabam levy is never due for a wedding. Evening hire covers seven hours, until 4 a.m. at the latest. Until 31 December 2026, every signed booking receives 10% off the hire of L'Annexe. Menu and drinks are added on top. Request a quote for your wedding.
Where can I hold an urban, unconventional wedding in Brussels?
La Fabbrica and L'Annexe, in the heart of Tour & Taxis, are unique urban wedding venues in Brussels within the historic industrial setting of the Royal Depot. L'Annexe suits more intimate weddings from 30 guests, while La Fabbrica hosts weddings from 50 guests; the two spaces can be combined for larger celebrations. Can the spaces be separated between several groups of guests?
Yes, by renting both rooms. La Fabbrica and L'Annexe are in the same building, and L'Annexe has its own entrance, bar and kitchen. From 300 guests with a menu, the rental of L'Annexe is included: for a large wedding, separating the spaces costs nothing extra.
Is there a bridal suite?
We do not have a dedicated bridal suite. If L'Annexe is rented together with La Fabbrica, it offers a private, enclosed space with its own entrance for the couple and their close family.
Can the couple make a procession entrance?
Yes, in both rooms. The entrance of the Royal Warehouse is 20 metres from La Fabbrica's door and 50 metres from L'Annexe's: the procession forms at the building entrance and continues on foot to the room, sheltered under the glass roof.
Is a separate quiet space available during the evening?
When L'Annexe is not booked for another event, it can serve as a separate quiet space during your evening at La Fabbrica - and vice versa. This depends on the calendar and is confirmed at the time of booking.
Are children counted in the number of covers?
Children under 3 are not counted. From 3 to 12 years inclusive, they are counted at half price. High chairs do not count towards the reserved seats.
Can we personalise the decoration of the room?
Yes. The space can be dressed to suit your theme, style or colours: romantic, modern, vintage. We can also take care of the floral decoration.
