Seminar and meeting room in Brussels, at Tour & Taxis
Looking for a seminar venue in Brussels that doesn’t feel like a hotel meeting room? La Fabbrica and L’Annexe occupy the Royal Warehouse at Tour et Taxis, ten minutes from the city centre and the canal. Two adjoining rooms, each with its own entrance: L’Annexe for a working day with a small group, La Fabbrica for larger formats. The Italian restaurant is in the same building, which settles the lunch question without sending the group outside.
L’Annexe: a meeting room for 40 people, fully equipped
In meeting configuration, L’Annexe seats 40 people across 125 m² on two levels, with a mezzanine and a bar. The equipment is already in place and included in the hire:
- two screens and two projectors;
- a wireless microphone and a lectern;
- Wi-Fi;
- the room’s sound system.

From the corporate breakfast to the closing dinner
A seminar day is built around its meals, and that is exactly what we do well. Coffee welcome and breakfast from 9am, breaks through the day, an Italian lunch at La Fabbrica or a private lunch in the room, and, if the day runs on, a seated dinner or a walking dinner in the evening. Special diets are anticipated, a halal option is available on request, and corporate invoicing is arranged as a matter of course.

Up to 450 people for a plenary or a convention
When the format outgrows the meeting room, La Fabbrica takes over under the glass roof of the Royal Warehouse: 160 seated — 210 from 15 May to 15 September —, 350 for a walking dinner and 450 for a standing reception. What the hire includes
The hire covers 7 hours and includes crockery and furniture, the sound system, microphones and Wi-Fi, as well as water, gas and electricity. Additional hours are charged as a supplement. Four packages exist for L’Annexe: with full catering, with bar management, drinks only, or dry hire. Cleaning is compulsory and charged separately, €165 for L’Annexe. Daytime hire of L’Annexe is priced: 350 € excl. VAT for a four-hour half day, between 9:00 and 17:00, and 650 € excl. VAT for a full day from 9:00 to 17:00, equipment included. With lunch and drinks, a study day comes to 51 € to 70 € excl. VAT per person for 40 participants, depending on the menu and drinks package. For La Fabbrica and for evening packages, prices depend on the room, the number of participants and the package: they go through a quotation. A coffee break costs 5.37 € excl. VAT per person, 9.09 € for two breaks. La Fabbrica can also be privatised in the morning, on request.
Access, parking and accessibility
Avenue du Port 86C, 1000 Brussels, in the Royal Warehouse on the Tour et Taxis site. Paid underground parking on site: P3 Anna Boch, entrance Drève Anna Boch, or P1 Picard, rue Picard 13. Both rooms are on one level and wheelchair accessible. The site is served by public transport and remains easy to reach by car outside the centre, which matters for a group coming from several places.

How a day unfolds
Welcome coffee from 9 a.m., breaks during the day, a seated lunch or walking dinner, and a closing dinner if the day runs late. L'Annexe can be booked from Monday to Saturday, from 9 a.m. until 4 a.m. at the latest; the rental includes seven hours and additional hours are charged as a supplement.
Catering is prepared on site by the restaurant's kitchen: there is no outside caterer to bring in. A coach parking space is available on the Tour & Taxis site for groups arriving by bus.

The most common run of the day uses both rooms: a morning meeting in L'Annexe, then a seated lunch or a cocktail reception at La Fabbrica, in the same building and without moving the group. Catering is prepared on site by the restaurant's kitchen, with no outside caterer, and the minimum is 50 people at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe.
