La Fabbrica has stood under the glass roof of the Royal Depot, in the heart of Tour & Taxis, since 2010. An Italian restaurant at lunchtime, an event venue and a Sunday brunch address, it has grown over the years around three worlds: dining, events and brunch.
Its Kids Friendly brunch, originally dreamed up by young parents with a passion for hospitality, has become a signature of the house.
In 2024, La Fabbrica expanded with L’Annexe, a second, more intimate and modular space for smaller events. On Sundays, L’Annexe also hosts a second experience: an Adult Only brunch for guests aged 16 and over.
Today the two spaces host everything from a weekday lunch to a brunch, a meeting, a birthday, a wedding or an event for several hundred guests.
Our story
The story of La Fabbrica begins in 2010, in the heart of a Tour & Taxis then undergoing a full transformation. Under the glass roof of the Royal Depot, an Italian restaurant opens, conceived from the outset as a place to live in: a restaurant at lunchtime, but also an event venue for weddings, corporate parties, walking dinners and private events.
At the time, the partners are young parents and great lovers of hospitality. Like many families, they are looking for somewhere to go on a Sunday without having to choose between a good time for the adults and an activity suited to the children. Out of that personal experience comes the idea for La Fabbrica's brunch: a place where the children have fun while the parents enjoy themselves. Over the years, that brunch becomes inseparable from the identity of the house.
In 2024, La Fabbrica expands with L’Annexe. This more intimate and modular space is first intended for smaller events: meetings, team lunches, private birthdays, corporate events and receptions. It then proves ideal for answering another request regularly made by guests: enjoying a brunch in a quieter, cosier, adults-only atmosphere. That is how the Adult Only brunch at L’Annexe was born.
Kids Friendly brunch — La Fabbrica
For more than ten years, Sunday at La Fabbrica has rested on one simple idea: the children have fun, the parents enjoy themselves.
A large all-you-can-eat sweet and savoury buffet brings together recipes that have become essentials: a chocolate fountain, waffles, pancakes made to order, Nutella pizza and tagliatelle finished in the dining room in a wheel of Grana Padano.
Every Sunday the children find a bouncy castle and face painting, with a special act on top: Toto the clown and his balloon sculptures, stilt walkers and a circus initiation.
The great brunches
Halloween. In 2026, four great costume brunches are held around Halloween, with special decorations and entertainment, alongside the large Halloween fair at Tour & Taxis set up right opposite La Fabbrica, on Place de la Musique.
Saint Nicholas and Christmas. In December, La Fabbrica steps into the world of Christmas: themed entertainment every Sunday, the traditional visit of Saint Nicholas to collect the children's letters, a Christmas elf, a dream-bearing stilt walker and festive decorations under the glass roof of the Royal Depot, at the foot of the great Tour & Taxis Christmas tree.

Adult Only brunch — L’Annexe
A few metres from the family brunch at La Fabbrica, L’Annexe offers a completely different experience every Sunday, reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
Designed for those seeking a quieter, cosier atmosphere, the Adult Only brunch combines a buffet, free-flowing drinks and three show-cooking highlights: the Baciata, the Meule Pasta with tagliatelle finished in front of guests in a wheel of Grana Padano, and tiramisu prepared to order. Prosecco, coffee, juice and other drinks are free-flowing.

Festive brunches
Several Sundays a year, brunch takes on a seasonal dress: themed decorations, entertainment and buffet. The two addresses live it differently — with the family at La Fabbrica, among adults at L’Annexe.
La Fabbrica, family edition. Halloween on 18 and 25 October, 1 and 8 November. Christmas on 6, 13, 20 and 27 December and 3 January. The visit of Saint Nicholas and the Easter brunch complete the calendar. Two services, at 10.30am and 1pm.
L’Annexe, Adult Only edition. Christmas brunches on 6, 13, 20 and 27 December and 3 January, for guests aged 16 and over. Two services, at 11am and 1.30pm.

Events — La Fabbrica
Since it opened in 2010, events have been an integral part of La Fabbrica: weddings, birthdays, corporate parties, walking dinners, cocktail receptions, launches, meetings, seminars, team lunches and private events.
With its different levels and its indoor terrace under the glass roof, La Fabbrica is particularly suited to large-capacity events, up to 450 people in a cocktail layout. It also hosts film shoots and television recordings.

Events — L’Annexe
More intimate, L’Annexe has its own entrance, a bar and an open professional kitchen. It hosts meetings, corporate events, team lunches, birthdays and private receptions, and works as a meeting room for up to 40 people, with two screens, two projectors, a wireless microphone and a lectern.
The two spaces together. For larger formats, La Fabbrica and L’Annexe can be linked and hired together. A plus for groups: coach parking on the Tour & Taxis site.

Lunch & groups
From Monday to Friday, La Fabbrica serves lunch under the glass roof of the Royal Depot. The menu gives pride of place to Italian cooking, to pasta and pizza, alongside a Belgian Touch menu aimed in particular at groups and visitors from abroad.
La Fabbrica welcomes groups and companies and offers a range of packages suited to their size and their needs. Vegetarian, vegan and halal options on request depending on the package. Its location in the heart of Tour & Taxis makes it easy to combine lunch with the exhibitions and events held on the site. Coach parking on site.
