La Fabbrica spreads over 350 m² beneath the glass roof of the Entrepôt Royal: 160 guests seated at table — 210 from 15 May to 15 September, when the terrace opens —, 350 for a walking dinner and up to 450 for a standing reception. L'Annexe is more intimate, with 125 m² over two levels, and holds 30 to 120 people: 80 seated at table, 60 once you add a dance floor.

We can furnish and decorate our prestigious hall to suit your wishes and budget. On request, we can provide a checkroom, security personnel who will only let guests on your guestlist in, a private ginguette, a dedicated DJ who can adapt to your musical tastes and even play tracks from your playlist, a variety of entertainment (also for children), and the possibility of a concert…
Numerous configurations to welcome your guests
Depending on the type of event you'd like to organize with your friends or family, La Fabbrica offers a wide range of configurations. We have 160 seats (210 from 15 May to 15 September) spread over 3 levels (ground floor, podium, and mezzanine), as well as an indoor terrace.
Plan for 50 guests at the very least — 30 at L'Annexe — and 450 at most: that is the range of a private party at La Fabbrica. 160 guests sit down at table, 210 in summer with the terrace, 350 move around for a walking dinner and 450 fit in for a standing reception. At L'Annexe, 80 guests dine at table, 60 once a dance floor takes up part of the room. Sound and lighting are installed on site, and a DJ can be arranged on request, playing your own tracks if you wish.
The budget for a private party is made up of the room hire, a group menu — from 38 € to 47 € per person — and an open bar, counted per person per hour, from 6.66 € to 14.52 € including VAT, three hours minimum.
The rental covers seven hours, until 4am at the latest; any hours beyond that are billed as an extra.
The Italian food is prepared on site, in our own kitchen, by our chef: there is no outside caterer to bring in. The one exception is L'Annexe, where, depending on the project, you may bring in an outside caterer or your own preparations.

The rental covers seven hours, until 4am at the latest; any hours beyond that are billed as an extra. Sound and lighting are permanently installed and a DJ can be arranged on request. A single unbroken table seats up to 45 guests; the minimum is 50 people at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe.
Without a meal, a private party comes to 35 € to 98 € per person, room and open bar included. Room hire alone, on the drinks package, is 1,131.35 € including VAT at L'Annexe and 3,025 € at La Fabbrica; the open bar is charged per person per hour, from 6.66 € to 14.52 €, minimum three hours. For a private evening at L'Annexe, the room hire carries a 10 % discount on any booking signed before 31 December 2026, whatever the date of the event. See the full rental rates.

Can we have a dance floor and a DJ at an event?
Yes. Both La Fabbrica and L'Annexe can be configured for a dance party with a DJ and have suitable sound systems. A dance floor naturally reduces seated capacity — at L'Annexe, 60 seated guests instead of 80; our team determines the best layout according to guest numbers and the programme.

What entertainment can be arranged for an event at La Fabbrica or L'Annexe?
A wide range of entertainment can be included depending on the atmosphere you want: a photo booth, blind test, quiz, casino evening, board games, workshops, live music, DJ or other themed activities. Photo booths are particularly popular at events held in our venues. The possibilities depend on the event format, guest numbers and room layout.
Is a security officer required for an event?
It depends on the type of event, how it is organised and the number of participants. For some events, a security officer may be required and charged separately. When necessary, this is specified in the proposal.
