L'Annexe can be hired on its own for 30 to 120 people for a cocktail, 80 at table and 60 with a dance floor, across 125 m² on two levels. La Fabbrica seats 160 people at table — 210 from 15 May to 15 September with the terrace —, 350 for a walking dinner and up to 450 for a standing reception. For a 30th, 40th, 50th or 60th birthday, a family celebration or a children's party, the two spaces can also be combined.
L'Annexe, available to hire on its own
L'Annexe covers 125 m² spread over two levels and can be hired on its own: 30 to 120 guests for a cocktail, 80 guests at table, 60 once a dance floor is installed. It has its own separate entrance and, depending on the project, you may bring in an outside caterer or your own preparations.
La Fabbrica, for large birthday parties
La Fabbrica is 350 m² under the glass roof: 160 guests at table, 210 from 15 May to 15 September when the terrace is added to the room, 350 guests for a walking dinner and up to 450 guests for a standing reception.
We therefore welcome 30 to 570 guests depending on the format chosen, for a 30th, 40th, 50th or 60th birthday, a surprise party, a children's birthday or a family celebration. The minimum is 50 guests at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe.
A dance floor can be set up in either space, and our DJ takes over if you wish. The hire includes seven hours, until 4am at the latest.

Hire the La Fabbrica venue for your birthday or anniversary celebrations in a welcoming, urban-style ambiance in Brussels. Our establishment can accommodate up to 450 guests on 3 adaptable levels (main room, podium and mezzanine). Depending on the weather, we can also host your guests on our indoor or outdoor terrace. We have all the professional technical equipment required to make your party a success.

Because La Fabbrica takes care of everything: catering, reception (buffet, cocktail reception, pizza party, etc.) and bar. Our group menus start from €38 per person, and an open bar charged per person per hour, from €6.66 to €14.52 including VAT (minimum three hours), means no one has to count glasses at the end of the evening. Our young and dynamic staff are at your service to ensure your party is a great success.

We prepare your party working closely with you and stay attentive to your needs through the organizational phase and on the day itself. Our customer service representative is at your disposal to help create your evening event: our regular DJ is flexible and plays tracks from your play list. There is a paid underground car park on the Tour & Taxis site.

A single continuous table seats up to 45 guests; beyond that the room is laid out with several tables. L'Annexe can be hired on its own for more intimate parties. The minimum is 50 people at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe, and the hire covers 7 hours, until 4am.
The budget for a birthday runs from 65 € to 155 € per person, all in: room hire, the group menu and the open bar. Do you organise children's birthday parties?
Yes: on request, we provide a bouncy castle, face painting or other entertainment. Another idea: celebrate the birthday at the Sunday family brunch, with its children's entertainment.
Can you organise a private brunch at La Fabbrica?
Yes. La Fabbrica can organise private Saturday brunches for companies and groups, on request and subject to availability. This format can suit a company celebration, birthday, wedding or family gathering. For example, we have organised a private Saint Nicholas brunch for a company, bringing employees and their children together with a visit from Saint Nicholas and gifts for the children.
