From 30 to 570 people, two adjoining rooms
La Fabbrica seats up to 160 guests at table — 210 from 15 May to 15 September with the terrace —, 350 for a walking dinner and up to 450 people for a standing reception, under the glass roof of the Entrepôt Royal. L'Annexe, which is hired separately, hosts 30 to 120 guests. Together, the two rooms take up to 570 people. The minimum is 50 people at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe.

Together, the two rooms take the capacity to 570 people for a standing reception, 450 for a walking dinner and 240 guests at the table — 290 from 15 May to 15 September.
The two rooms adjoin, each with its own entrance, and can be combined for a single event. The cooking is Italian and prepared on site: there is no outside caterer to bring in.

Evening hire covers 7 hours and includes exclusive use of the space, the room manager, floor and kitchen staff, crockery and furniture, the sound system, microphones and Wi-Fi. Added to this are the compulsory cleaning (165 € excl. VAT for L'Annexe, 275 € for La Fabbrica, 440 € for both), the additional hour (110 €, 185 € or 295 € excl. VAT) and the Unisono + Sabam fee (110 € for L'Annexe, 185 € for La Fabbrica, 295 € for both, excl. VAT), payable when the evening includes a DJ or a dance floor, and never for a wedding. The minimum billing is 30 guests at L'Annexe and 50 at La Fabbrica; for the two rooms together it is 161 guests for a seated dinner, 351 for a walking dinner and 451 for a dancing party or a drinks-only package.
Booking, deposit and cancellation
Every booking is based on a quotation. On booking, the Client pays 30% of the quotation in force, and in any event no less than the hire price of the room and its cleaning: the booking is firm and definitive only upon receipt of that deposit. The full price must be received no later than 5 working days before the event. Any cancellation must be notified in writing: received more than 4 months before the date of the event, no charge is due and sums paid, including the deposit, are refunded in full. What does hire of the room include?
Hire covers use of the space and its furniture, set up according to the agreed floor plan. Cleaning is compulsory and charged separately. Added to this are the services chosen — menu per person, drinks or open bar, additional hours, a security officer, furniture relocation. Our events team draws up a detailed proposal based on your request.
What happens if the party runs late?
Hire includes seven hours, until 4am at the latest. Hours beyond the agreed finishing time in the proposal or contract are charged additionally at the applicable rate. If you think the event may run late, mention this when preparing the quotation so staffing, organisation and possible extra costs can be anticipated.
Do we have to use the restaurant's catering for an event, or can we choose our own caterer?
At La Fabbrica, event catering is provided by our own kitchen, so meals and catering packages are prepared by our team. L'Annexe is more flexible: depending on the type of event, you can choose our catering packages, use your own caterer or bring your own prepared food. La Fabbrica can also be hired on its own, without catering.
Can we visit the venues before booking?
Yes. You can visit La Fabbrica and L’Annexe before booking your event. A visit gives you the opportunity to discover the spaces, consider the different possible layouts and discuss your project, number of guests and preferred event format with our team. Visits are organised by appointment.
What catering options do you offer for events?
At La Fabbrica, catering is provided by our own kitchen and is an integral part of the event offering. Depending on the project, we can provide cocktails and zakouskis — prepared by our cooks, as an aperitif or a cocktail dinner —, walking dinners, seated meals, buffets and different drinks or open-bar packages. L'Annexe offers greater flexibility: our catering packages are available, but depending on the project, the venue can also be hired with an external caterer or with your own prepared food. The format is adapted to guest numbers and the event programme.
Can an event menu be adapted to dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances?
Yes, on request and provided we are informed in advance. Our group and event menus are available in vegetarian, vegan and halal versions: for guests who do not eat pork, our antipasti buffet is served with halal charcuterie - we do not replace it with cheese. In the event of a severe allergy or coeliac disease, our kitchen cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination.
How do the open bar formulas work?
Three formulas (Bubble, Enoteca and Senza Sopralerighe), from prosecco to soft drinks, charged per hour and per person, for a minimum of three consecutive hours. An assortment of speciality beers can be added. An à la carte bar is still possible.
