Halloween with kids in Brussels: La Fabbrica’s 4 Great Halloween Brunches

Halloween has been one of the highlights of La Fabbrica's Kids Friendly brunch for more than ten years. Every autumn the restaurant is transformed for the occasion: Halloween decorations, a costume brunch and special entertainment put everyone in the mood, children and grown-ups alike.

Over the years the event has grown into a date many families look forward to. La Fabbrica first organised one Great Halloween Brunch, then two.

When the Tour & Taxis Halloween Fair arrived, we wanted to go further and make La Fabbrica a full part of this major Halloween moment in Brussels.

So since 2025 we have been running four Great Halloween Brunches, scheduled during the Halloween Fair. The idea is simple: families start the day with a costume brunch and entertainment at La Fabbrica, then carry the party straight on to the fair.

Success came immediately: in 2025, all four Great Halloween Brunches were fully booked.

We are doing it again in 2026 with four dates: Sunday 18 and 25 October, and Sunday 1 and 8 November.

Four Sundays to celebrate Halloween as a family in Brussels

On those four Sundays, La Fabbrica's Kids Friendly brunch goes entirely Halloween.

Decorations take over the restaurant, and children and adults alike are invited to come in costume. Witches, little monsters, ghosts or creatures of all kinds: everyone can join in and add to the atmosphere.

Entertainment changes from one Sunday to the next: a costumed stilt-walker performer, Toto in his Halloween version and other surprises, alongside the Kids Friendly brunch essentials: bouncy castle and face painter.

While the children enjoy the entertainment, the whole family gathers around our large all-you-can-eat sweet and savoury buffet, in two sittings, at 10.30 am and 1 pm.

That has been the spirit of La Fabbrica's Kids Friendly brunch from the start: children have fun, parents relax, and the whole family shares a real moment together.

The 4 Great Halloween Brunches of 2026

Sunday 18 October
The first Great Halloween Brunch opens the festivities with a costumed stilt-walker performer, along with the bouncy castle and the face painter.

Sunday 25 October
Toto, La Fabbrica's much-loved clown, switches to Halloween mode to make the little monsters laugh, again with the bouncy castle and the face painter.

Sunday 1 November
Halloween continues with Toto in his Halloween version, along with the usual Kids Friendly entertainment.

Sunday 8 November
One last Great Halloween Brunch to close four festive Sundays, with Toto and La Fabbrica's Kids Friendly entertainment.

These four dates are part of our Kids Friendly brunch entertainment calendar, which continues afterwards with the circus, Saint Nicholas and the Christmas brunches.

La Fabbrica and the Halloween Fair: one outing at Tour & Taxis

It is no coincidence that our four Great Halloween Brunches fall on these dates. They were designed to run alongside the Tour & Taxis Halloween Fair, held from 16 October to 8 November 2026.

The connection is very practical too: the Halloween Fair is set up on Place de la Musique, right in front of the entrance to La Fabbrica.

After brunch, you simply step out of the restaurant to continue the day in the Halloween world of Tour & Taxis, between funfair rides, attractions and entertainment.

Brunch and fair become two complementary parts of the same family Halloween outing.

What to do for Halloween with children in Brussels?

For families looking for a Halloween activity with children in Brussels, these four Sundays bring brunch, entertainment and the Halloween Fair together in one place.

The day can start around the buffet at La Fabbrica. During brunch, the children enjoy the entertainment and the costume atmosphere. Afterwards, the whole family can head straight to the fair on Place de la Musique.

No need to travel from one place to another: everything happens in the heart of Tour & Taxis.

Over the years, Halloween has become far more than a themed Sunday at La Fabbrica: it is now one of the highlights of our Kids Friendly brunch season.
