La Fabbrica has been under the glass roof of the Royal Depot since 2010, and its Sunday brunch has become a Brussels institution.
Since 2024, L’Annexe has been serving a second brunch, for adults only.

2 atmospheres, 2 different concepts to offer you a complete experience:
- La Fabbrica is the kid-friendly spot by definition: a gargantuan buffet with an offering for every palate, a bouncy castle, a grimeuse and Toto the prankster clown and balloon sculptor.
- L'Annexe, the little hidden boudoir in the heart of Tour et Taxis, offers Adult Only brunches (from 16 years upwards). This exclusive brunch is available every Sunday and includes unlimited Prosecco, coffee, tea, cappucino and café latte, as well as surprises on the buffet concocted with love by our chef, such as truffle risotto, our famous tiramisu and much more.
Brunching with children, the practical details
La Fabbrica’s brunch is open to all ages, and the entertainment runs at both sittings: the bouncy castle, the face painter and Toto the Clown keep the children busy while the parents take their time over lunch. The room is on one level and pushchair-friendly, with a play area and a baby changing table.
- Two sittings on Sunday: arrival at 10.30am or 11am, then 1pm or 1.30pm depending on the area.
- €45 per adult from 13 years old, €49 with a glass of Prosecco.
- €22 for children aged 3 to 12, and free up to 2 years old.
- Unlimited sweet and savoury buffet, drinks included.
- Halal options on request, to be mentioned when booking.
- Booking is strongly recommended as the brunch is often full; you can still come without booking if there is room.

How to choose? With children, it is La Fabbrica: all ages are welcome, the bouncy castle and the face painting run through both sittings, children from 3 to 12 pay 22 € and under-3s pay nothing. Among adults, it is L’Annexe: from 16 years old, in a 125 m² space with its own entrance, with the three show cookings in the room and the prosecco included in the 53 €.
In both cases online booking is recommended, you can change or cancel until midnight the day before with an automatic refund, halal is available on request and gluten-free pasta is possible.

Is there brunch every Sunday?
During brunch season, La Fabbrica and L'Annexe welcome guests every Sunday, with an annual summer break. If L'Annexe opens on a Saturday, the available dates appear in the booking calendar.
