What we need for an accurate quote
The more precise your request, the more precise the quote. Four details are enough to price your event:
- the date you have in mind, and a fallback date if you have one;
- the number of guests: minimum 50 people at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe;
- the format: seated meal, walking dinner, standing cocktail or meeting;
- the timing: arrival time and the time you expect to finish.

What the venue hire includes
Hire covers the space, the furniture and the set-up according to the floor plan agreed with you, for seven hours, until 4am at the latest. Additional hours are charged.
The equipment is on site: a screen and projector at La Fabbrica, two screens and two projectors at L'Annexe, microphones and sound system. Dance floor possible, DJ on request.
What is charged on top
Cleaning is compulsory and is added to the quote: 332,75 € for La Fabbrica, 199,65 € for L'Annexe, 532,40 € for both rooms together. These amounts include VAT ; a company is invoiced excluding VAT, that is €275, €165 and €440.
Drinks are served à la carte at the bar or on an open bar package — Bubble, Enoteca or Senza Sopralerighe —, charged per person and per hour, three consecutive hours minimum. Exact prices are set by quote.
The kitchen is the restaurant's own
Catering is handled by the restaurant's kitchen: there is no outside caterer to bring in. The one exception is L'Annexe, where an outside caterer or your own preparations are possible depending on the project.
From 30 to 570 guests, two rooms
La Fabbrica, 350 m², seats 160 guests — 210 from 15 May to 15 September —, takes 350 for a walking dinner and up to 450 for a standing reception. L'Annexe, 125 m² over two levels, seats 80 (60 with a dance floor), 120 standing and 40 in meeting layout. Together, the two rooms take up to 570 people. The minimum is 50 people at La Fabbrica, 30 at L'Annexe.
Frequently asked questions
What information should I give for a quote?
The date, the number of guests, the type of event, the format (seated meal, walking dinner, reception or hire of the room alone), the room you would like and your times. The more precise the request, the more accurate the proposal.
Does the quote commit me?
No. Only the quote you accept in writing is contractually binding, and the date is secured on receipt of the deposit. See our general terms and conditions of sale.
How does payment work?
In two stages: a deposit when booking, then the balance no later than five working days before the event.
What happens if I cancel?
More than four months before, the deposit is refunded. Between four and two months, 30% of the quote remains payable; between two months and thirty days, 50%; less than thirty days before, the full amount. The deposit already paid is deducted.
