You know La Fabbrica. But have you ever opened the door next to it?
L'Annexe is our neighbouring room, in the same Royal Depot at Tour & Taxis: smaller, more intimate, with its own entrance. On Sundays it hosts an Adult Only brunch, reserved for guests aged 16 and over.
Three live show cookings, three moments
The chef steps out of the open kitchen three times during service: the Baciata, a focaccia filled with truffle stracciatella; the pasta finished in the Parmesan wheel; the tiramisu made to order. You are standing a metre away and see it all.
Around them, the sweet and savoury buffet is unlimited, and so are the drinks: bubbles, orange juice, homemade lemonade, coffees and teas. Two sittings, 11am to 1pm and 1.30pm to 3.30pm, €53 per person, all included.
