L’Annexe, in short

An independent 125 m² venue on two levels, with its own bar, a kitchen open onto the room and a mezzanine, in the heart of the Royal Depot at Tour & Taxis. It has its own entrance and hosts 30 to 120 guests (80 seated), Monday to Saturday, from 9am to 4am.

What it hosts

Corporate breakfast or coffee welcome; meeting and seminar for 40 people, with two screens, two projectors, wireless microphone, lectern and Wi-Fi; private lunch or dinner, seated or as a walking dinner; cocktail reception, product launch, end-of-year party; wedding, birthday, christening, communion and private party, with or without dancing.

Four formulas

With full catering, with bar management, with drinks only, or as dry hire. The hire covers 7 hours and includes dishes and furniture, sound system, microphones and Wi-Fi, as well as water, gas and electricity.

How to take it up

Book your date before 31 December 2026: the discount stands even if your event takes place much later in the year.
